Throughout history, He has placed His people in their lives and circles to serve and minister to them in significant and meaningful ways.

Tim Schindel founded Leading Influence ministries in 2006 to serve elected officials across Canada with chaplaincy ministry. His vision is to support and serve the men and women who serve our provinces and nation politically.

 Today, Leading Influence is actively engaged in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and most recently, Ontario.
